These Terms of Service govern your use of ArtnCart.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using ArtnCart, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. User Accounts: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Artists must complete profile verification before listing artworks.

3. Artist Obligations: Artists are responsible for the accuracy of artwork descriptions, pricing, and provenance information. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.

4. Buyer Rights: All original artworks come with a 14-day return policy. Returns must be initiated through the platform. Artwork must be returned in original condition.

5. Commission Structure: ArtnCart charges a commission on successful sales. Rates vary by artist tier (15-30%). Listing is always free. Commission is deducted before payment to artist.

6. Intellectual Property: Artists retain full copyright of their work. By listing on ArtnCart, artists grant us a non-exclusive license to display artwork images for marketing purposes.

7. Prohibited Content: AI-generated images must be clearly labeled. Reproductions of copyrighted works are not permitted. All artwork must be original or clearly identified as prints/copies.

8. Payment Terms: Artists are paid within 7 business days of sale confirmation. Payments are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).

9. Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes between buyers and artists, ArtnCart will mediate. Our decision is final in matters of returns and refunds.

10. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
